Chop Stix is a commissioned Fire Art© piece for the Bristol Seafood Grill in Leawood Kansas. The client wanted a sculpture that would fill the two sided outdoor fireplace and have flames encompassing the entire piece. All the Stix are stainless steel. Seven have flames along the top edge. The first burn tests had just the burning Stix constructed to test the burn patterns. The remaining Stixs were then added prior to installation at the Bristol.
